My Favourite Coconut Pudding

My current addiction, when I buy these, I dont buy 1 or 2, but 10 or 12 or 15! They come once a week at Giant, and when they do, they dont stay around too long, so you have to get these at the RIGHT time. Its a really small coconut, probably Thai Pandan coconut, and its easy to eat 2 or 3 per person! Yummy!
